Pricing is based on £950–£1,000 per kW installed. Savings are additional to rooftop solar savings and depend on tariff structure, consumption profile and battery utilisation rate. Pricing excludes additional cabling or DNO upgrades, which are sometimes required with ground-mount systems where the DNO may ask for local infrastructure to be upgraded.

Can battery storage be added to an existing solar system?
Yes. We can retrofit commercial battery storage to most existing solar PV systems, subject to inverter compatibility and available space. We assess your current setup during a free site visit.
How long do commercial batteries last?
Most commercial lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery systems carry a 10-year warranty and cycle life of 4,000–6,000 charge cycles, equating to 15–20 years at daily cycling rates.
Is battery storage worth it without solar panels?
Standalone battery storage can still deliver savings by charging from the grid during cheap overnight tariff periods and discharging during expensive peak periods. The strongest returns come from pairing storage with solar generation.
